Process

I began by reading the White Night: Before A Manifesto then did some research. I researched the authors, who they were and their motivations behind writing this piece.

The irony of Metahaven’s critique on manifestos being a manifesto was something I found interesting. I decided to pull out things I thought were particularly important or interesting in their argument and make the rest of it difficult to read. It’s still readable but the simultaneous contrast between the blue and orange makes reading it uncomfortable, discouraging the viewer from actually reading the content.
